Function (Physical Therapy)

Physical therapy is a medical profession performed specifically by physical therapists who promote, maintain, or restore health through physical examination, assessment, intervention, and patient education. Physical therapists have extensive knowledge in kinesiology (human body movement), exercise physiology and prescription, biomechanics, and more! Our physical therapists are experts in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions who frequently work in conjunction with other members of the healthcare team (physicians, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, etc.); however, you do not need to have a referral in order to access our physical therapy services. Although every patient is different, the overall goal of physical therapy is to restore pain-free mobility, reduce the risk of injury and optimize function.

In-Clinic Physical Therapy

Regardless of age or functional level, our team of highly educated physical therapists will take the time to listen to your concerns, but more importantly your goals. Following a comprehensive evaluation and assessment, our physical therapists provide therapeutic interventions that restore mobility and strength, facilitate disease prevention, and promote health and function. A treatment plan is individually created and implemented with specific education to move your function forward to return you to your best life.

In-Home Physical Therapy

Lack of transportation? Difficult schedule? No matter the reason you are unable to come into the clinic for your physical therapy services, we provide the same high quality care as we do in our facility to our patients in the convenience and comfort of their own homes.
