Dr. Heather Domingues PT, DPT
Physical Therapist & CEO
Dr. Heather Domingues graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University in 2011, receiving the “Outstanding All-Around Student” award upon completion of her program. Heather’s experience includes working with acute and chronic orthopedic impairments, as well as, neurological conditions in the inpatient and outpatient rehab setting. Heather has treated patients of all ages, with experience working in pediatrics at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick and with the geriatric population at Fox Rehabilitation. Heather holds a certification in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation from the American Balance Institute. Heather devotes time to furthering the education of future physical therapists by working as a clinical instructor and adjunct professor. Heather’s philosophy is built on the belief that rehabilitation is possible no matter one’s age or level of impairment.

Diomary Silva-Colon, LMT
Director of Operations & Licensed Massage Therapist
Diomary is a New Jersey licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist specializing in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Release. She has 10+ years of experience working in office settings, ranging from spas to medical offices. Diomary began her Healthcare career in 2016, working alongside Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Acupuncturists. She has extensive knowledge in managing various aspects of a medical practice; from reception to supervisory roles for multiple clinic locations. Diomary enjoys the dynamic nature of multiple roles and how each day can bring a new experience. In her spare time, Diomary enjoys photography, crafting, watching movies & enjoying quality time with her dog and loved ones.

Dr. Katelyn Murphy PT, DPT
Physical Therapist & Clinical Director of Matawan
Dr. Katelyn Murphy graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2018. Prior to her graduate education, Kate earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, Wellness, & Sports from Georgian Court University in 2015 where she played Division II collegiate lacrosse. Kate’s clinical experience includes a variety of orthopedic conditions, both acute and chronic, as well as, post-surgical. Her passion lies in treating musculoskeletal sports injuries, with patients of all ages and activity levels, from youth to Division I collegiate athletes to weekend warriors. Additionally, Kate is passionate about helping individuals post-concussion, with vertigo, dizziness, and other balance impairments, as she holds certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion. Kate uses a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that focuses on optimizing movement. Moreover, her goal is not only to return patients and clients to their prior level of function, but also to work with each individual to give them the power and education to surpass their expectations.

Nicholas Aguilera MS, LAT, ATC
Athletic Trainer- Matawan
Nicholas Aguilera is a New Jersey licensed and board-certified Athletic Trainer. Nick graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from Long Island University in Brooklyn. Nick is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Nick has experience working with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes; he was on the athletic training staff for the Atlanta Falcons, as well as, for Monmouth University. Currently, Nick is the Head Athletic Trainer for Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, NJ. Nick specializes in returning athletes back to sport following surgical procedures, concussions, and any musculoskeletal injury. Nick has given back to his community by volunteering as an EMT for the West Long Branch and Berkeley Heights Rescue Squads. In his spare time, Nick enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and dogs.

Dr. Carlos Donou PT,DPT
Physical Therapist- Matawan
Carlos Donou is a passionate and well-rounded physical therapist who enjoys working with patients of all ages. He is a former Division I Track and Field athlete who competed in the long jump and triple jump and has earned All Academic Honors throughout his years competing at Saint Peter’s. Carlos aspires to use his experience as an athlete to better relate to his patients. After completing his Bachelors of Science at SPU, Carlos further pursued his dreams of becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Rutgers University. Dr. Donou was later accepted to present research on the rehabilitation of ACL deficient individuals at the APTA combined sections meeting in San Antonio, Texas. Carlos recently received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. It is his desire to blend the disciplines of strength, conditioning, and physical therapy to provide the best experiences possible to all of his patients. Carlos utilizes current evidence to treat patients in effort to provide every individual with the necessary tools required to live a life uninterrupted by pain and dysfunction. Dr. Donou now plans to further his knowledge and expertise by achieving the goal of becoming a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

Dr. Matthew Pecoraro PT, DPT
Physical Therapist- Monroe
Dr. Matthew Pecoraro earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University in 2012 then went on to graduate with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University in 2016, receiving the Academic Excellence Award upon completion. He developed his interest in the field of physical therapy after suffering a wrestling injury that required physical therapy- “After rehabbing my own shoulder injury I realized I could combine my passion for science and exercise to improve the lives of others”. Matt has clinical experience working with a wide-array of patient populations with various orthopedic, neuromuscular, and vestibular conditions. Areas of expertise include treatment of vertigo, post-concussion syndrome, sports/running injuries, joint replacements, dizziness, balance deficits, and arthritis. Dr. Pecoraro is currently finalizing a certification in Complete Concussion Management. Matt is passionate about providing individualized, high-quality care using evidenced-based interventions to optimize function. Outside of the clinic he enjoys traveling, playing softball, and spending time with his wife and dogs.
