Physical Therapist & CEO

Dr. Heather Domingues graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University in 2011, receiving the “Outstanding All-Around Student” award upon completion of her program. Heather’s experience includes working with acute and chronic orthopedic impairments, as well as, neurological conditions in the inpatient and outpatient rehab setting. Heather has treated patients of all ages, with experience working in pediatrics at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick and with the geriatric population at Fox Rehabilitation. Heather holds a certification in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation from the American Balance Institute. Heather devotes time to furthering the education of future physical therapists by working as a clinical instructor and adjunct professor. Heather’s philosophy is built on the belief that rehabilitation is possible no matter one’s age or level of impairment.

Diomary is a New Jersey licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist specializing in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Release. She has 10+ years of experience working in office settings, ranging from spas to medical offices.  Diomary began her Healthcare career in 2016, working alongside Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Acupuncturists. She has extensive knowledge in managing various aspects of a medical practice; from reception to supervisory roles for multiple clinic locations. Diomary enjoys the dynamic nature of multiple roles and how each day can bring a new experience.  In her spare time, Diomary enjoys photography, crafting, watching movies & enjoying quality time with her dog and loved ones.

Dr. Katelyn Murphy PT, DPT

Physical Therapist & Clinical Director

Dr. Katelyn Murphy graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2018. Prior to her graduate education, Kate earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, Wellness, & Sports from Georgian Court University in 2015 where she played Division II collegiate lacrosse. Kate’s clinical experience includes a variety of orthopedic conditions, both acute and chronic, as well as, post-surgical. Her passion lies in treating musculoskeletal sports injuries, with patients of all ages and activity levels, from youth to Division I collegiate athletes to weekend warriors. Additionally, Kate is passionate about helping individuals post-concussion, with vertigo, dizziness, and other balance impairments, as she holds certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion. Kate uses a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that focuses on optimizing movement. Moreover, her goal is not only to return patients and clients to their prior level of function, but also to work with each individual to give them the power and education to surpass their expectations.

Nicholas Aguilera MS, LAT, ATC

Athletic Trainer

Nicholas Aguilera is a New Jersey licensed and board-certified Athletic Trainer. Nick graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from Long Island University in Brooklyn. Nick is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Nick has experience working with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes; he was on the athletic training staff for the Atlanta Falcons, as well as, for Monmouth University. Currently, Nick is the Head Athletic Trainer for Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, NJ. Nick specializes in returning athletes back to sport following surgical procedures, concussions, and any musculoskeletal injury. Nick has given back to his community by volunteering as an EMT for the West Long Branch and Berkeley Heights Rescue Squads. In his spare time, Nick enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and dogs.

Jenna Bottiglieri BS, MA, CPT

Special Populations Health Coach

Jenna Bottiglieri is our Special Populations Health Coach who will assist individuals with disabilities in increasing their fitness and overall health and wellness. Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at Rowan University in 2020. During her undergraduate studies, she coordinated a fitness and nutrition program for individuals with disabilities called Get FIT @ Rowan. She also contributed to research projects, including food insecurity in prediabetic populations, accessibility within communities, and nutrition in group homes residing adults with disabilities. During this time, she became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Jenna received her Master of Arts degree in Wellness and Lifestyle Management in 2022 also from Rowan University. As for her full-time career, Jenna works as the Health Promotion Coordinator at the Family Resource Network, and manages the Get FIT program and Center on Nutrition and Disability nationwide.
