From pediatric to geriatric, we provide skilled physical therapy to all patients and clients, both in our facility as well as the convenience of your home. Dr.Heather Domingues
Dr.Heather Domingues PT, DPT

Physical Therapist & CEO

Heather graduated from Seton Hall University, receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011 and “Outstanding All-Around Student” award. Heather has experience helping individuals recover from surgery, orthopedic related injuries, posture training, fall risk prevention, balance training, vestibular rehab, pediatrics with neurological impairments and geriatric specialty. Heather is a clinical instructor, adjunct professor and enjoys assisting in the education of future physical therapists. Her philosophy is one built on the belief that rehabilitation is possible no matter one’s age or level of impairment.

Dr. Katelyn Murphy PT, DPT

Physical Therapist & Clinic Director

Dr. Katelyn Murphy graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2018. Prior to her graduate education, Kate earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, Wellness, & Sports from Georgian Court University in 2015 where she played Division II collegiate lacrosse. Kate’s clinical experience includes a variety of orthopedic conditions, both acute and chronic, as well as, post-surgical. Her passion lies in treating musculoskeletal sports injuries, with patients of all ages and activity levels, from youth to Division I collegiate athletes to weekend warriors. Additionally, Kate is passionate about helping individuals post-concussion, with vertigo, dizziness, and other balance impairments, as she holds certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion. Kate uses a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that focuses on optimizing movement. Moreover, her goal is not only to return patients and clients to their prior level of function, but also to work with each individual to give them the power and education to surpass their expectations.
